How does it work?
Our home warranty contracts provide coverage for the repair or replacement of residential major systems and appliances, such as air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, kitchen appliances, and pool and spa equipment.
  • A customer calls our 24/7 toll-free number to request service. That claim is then automatically dispatched to a contractor.
  • The customer pays you a service fee directly, which you keep, but is also then applied to the total cost of the job.
  • We strive to pay all properly invoiced work within 25 days of the date the invoice is prepared.
How do I get started?
  • You must carry the required licenses pertaining to your state and trade.
  • You must carry general liability and workers’ compensation and FAHBP must be listed as certificate holder and additional insured.
